Our regular price to build a standard web site is around £300, subject to the amount of graphic or other work needed. We charge £60 per year for web and email hosting, plus £12 for a domain.

We know this is a lot for a business to find along with all the other start-up costs. So we came up with an offer to help:

• We will supply a domain name of your choice (registered in your name, not ours);
• We will give you the first year’s web and email hosting free;
• We will build your site (up to 5 standard pages, including a contact form) for a flat £100 fee.
  
  

After the first year, you will pay our normal business charges of £60 per year hosting and £12 per domain renewal (this buys 2 years for a .co.uk, but one year for a .com). But there’s no contract beyond the year, and if you choose to take your business elsewhere for any reason, we’ll be very sorry to lose you, but there will be no exit fees of any kind, nor obstacles to moving your site.

Why would we do this?  Because our experience is that customers find our service so good that they hardly ever want to leave us.

The (only) small print: we have to say that a fair use provision applies to the offer - if a customer is in our opinion unreasonable in their demands we reserve the right to discontinue work (or offer to continue at our normal rate.).
